Information We Collect

We collect personal information from you when you register for the My Pro Golf program. This is information which can personally identify you such as your name, email address and telephone number. We also collect details about your golf membership affiliation and age to ensure your eligibility to be accepted into this program. If you are under the age of 18, we also collect details and permission from a parent or guardian for your participation in this program. We collect information about your social media habits in order to better assist you in developing your sponsorship base. When offering our professional services, we may ask questions about your social media sites and view your social media sites in order to better assist you. We do not share any information collected unless compelled to do so by legal action.

What We Offer You

 Accepting Payments – We supply an account to qualified applicants and the technology to request payment by text, email, and social media. The account we provide you allows you to accept card payments from debit cards, credit cards and pre-paid cards from all major credit card companies. Funds are delivered to your account and accessible for real-time viewing and tracking in your personal and secure payment dashboard. Funds are provided to you, weekly, although, up to one week of funds may be held in your account. You do not have to request for your funds to be distributed to you, as this is done automatically, on a weekly basis. Funds are not available to you immediately after your sponsor submits a payment, although you can immediately view when a payment is successfully made.

Technical Support – We provide personalized assistance by phone, email or online. This assistance is free at all times. Any active program member can receive phone support during business hours Mon-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST. We cannot guarantee support for third party software which is beyond our control such as internet and data access or SMS services. We are available to answer questions about usage and to solve technical issues any active program member may encounter.

Professional Advice – We offer best practices, professional images and templates as well as premium examples of effective social posts. We will periodically send you information about to optimize your membership in the My Pro Golf program and inform you of promotional events and opportunities available only to active program members.

Your Obligations

 Meet Qualifications – You must be actively engaged in pursuing your career in golfing. You must be currently an active member or officially affiliated with a recognized US golfing organization or referred by a qualified member of one of those recognized organizations.

Complete Registration – You must register, be a resident of the US, provide accurate, verifiable personal data and meet qualifications in order to become an active member. You must agree to the Terms of Use for this program. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation and agree to be responsible and ensure you meet the Terms of Use for this program.

 Maintaining an Active Membership in Good Standing – You agree to use this technology and account only for receiving funds to support your golfing career. Sponsorship may include, but is not limited to, funds for registrations, travel and lodging, professional gear, professional training or lessons. Further use of this technology may include payment for professional lessons, seminars, classes or camps which you personally administer as a golf professional*. We will monitor the types and source of payments and reserve the right to contact you with questions regarding your receipt and use of these funds. Any unusual activity, or failure to explain activity which may be viewed as fraudulent or unrelated to your golf career, may result in immediate termination of your account and termination of your right to use the technology for further payment requests. Membership with one of the recognized golfing organizations is the pre-requisite to acceptance into this program and, as such, failure to continue as an active member in good standing with that organization may constitute grounds for termination of your account with My Pro Golf and termination of your right to use the technology for further payment requests. In addition, your professional image as portrayed in social media or by any media outlet or made public, in any way, reflects on My Pro Golf and must meet the conventions of respectable and professional standards. Evidence of criminal behavior, vulgar or unsportsmanlike behaviors or any behaviors which we believe fail to uphold standards which reflect positively on our brand and brand image may result in immediate termination of your account and termination of your right to use the technology for further payment requests.

*Limits do apply to the number of payments and monthly income which can be processed with this account. Excessive income will require the member to obtain an individual merchant account based on personal financial credit rating and personal financial disclosure to an acquiring bank or institution.


Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw from this program at any time, for any reason, without any requirement for prior notification. Simply stop sending payment requests to initiate your withdrawal from the program. Inactive accounts which have more than 180 days of inactivity are suspended and no longer able to receive funds. If you would like to formally withdraw from the program, contact us in writing, by email or mail, to notify us of your intent to withdraw, and we will immediately terminate your account and your access to use the technology for further payment requests.


The payment links you create using our technology are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. This meets the highest standard of security certification available in the payments industry.

The Fine Print

You pay nothing to use this service. There are no monthly fees, no contract and no annual fees. There is a 5.5% service fee plus a .24 cent transaction fee on each transaction.  Other fees may include a .03 cent charge for texts (if used). You can track payments requested, received and any fees in your personal dashboard. In the event that there is a need to refund, reverse a payment or any sponsor later claims that payment was made in error or without his or her personal knowledge or consent, additional fees may apply and/or fees the payment may be returned to the card holder. There are no hidden fees and no fees other than those disclosed in this statement.

Individual sponsorship contributions are limited to a maximum of $450 per transaction and a maximum of $2000 per month. Any sponsorship contribution in excess of $450.00 may be declined. Any member exceeding $1000.00 per month in contributions for two consecutive months, will be required to open an individual merchant account to continue accepting contributions using Mobipaid.

 Changes to the Program Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these terms of this program at any time and we will notify you, as an active member, of those changes.
